5 Years On This Fit4life Journey...

*Please Read*

Wow! What a journey this has been. For those who didn't know it started back in 2011...it did. That's when Fit4life Sisters was born. When I took this before pic it was for my eyes only. I never never never imagined I would ever share it. With a lot of prayer,determination,and consistency I started my fit4life journey and reached my goal March 2013. Then in May 2013 I had an open abdominal hysterectomy. Towards the end of 2013 I began dealing with hormonal fluctuations being in menopause. I had multiple hotflashes all the time,night sweats,mood swings,weightgain,and I was tired a lot. Between 2014-2015 I put all the weight back on. Last year in July I decided to restart this journey and not let being in menopause stop me. I did have to do these differently than I did the first time especially with my eating.. Making a long story short the after picture is where I am now. To look back over these past 5 years is amazing to see how far I've come. Let this encourage you to not  give up on you! You got this!💪

Room in my capri shorts...

Got in an amazing run earlier this morning.💦💦🏃🏃 Non Scale Victory alert: These capri shorts I'm wearing are a Size 8. I bought these last year and couldn't even pull them up and of course I was disappointed. I put these shorts up on a shelf knowing that one day I would fit them. I believe June of this year I was finally able to pull them up over my hips, button all three buttons and wear them.  As you can see by this pic I will have to get these in a size 6 the next time I purchase these. Hard work does pay off.💪💪 Starting size: 12/14
